Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the oldest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. In 2009 she had won four fitness awards. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show saw her finish in third place. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
